Retirement planning is complex enough without burdening
ourselves with the macro-economic and political negativity
that surrounds us. When financial advisers accompany their
clients in openly capitulating to the external stresses so
dominant in the media, we know that a better vision of the
future is desperately needed.
Since I wont accept the undifferentiated negativity,
I would like to give my readers a brief but positive perspective
of the future and offer a fresh, fundamentally different view
of retirement portfolio design.
To quote the author Michael Lewis, How many times does
the end of the world as we know it need to arrive before we
realize that its not the end of the world as we know
it?
